Refund Policy

Returns of goods will happen under certain circumstances. If you need to return the items you've purchased, we will be glad to work with you. However, even though we are very customer oriented, and our customers mean everything to us, there are still limitations on store returns.

Most items purchased from Babyland may be exchanged or returned within 10 business days* from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. To return an item for exchange, please send the item freight pre-paid and, for your protection, insured.

Please note:
E-mail us immediately to let us know of your return or exchange. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.

No returns of worn items will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits.

How to Return a Purchase

  • Contact us to receive an RMA number. You may contact us via email at info@babylandpa.com or by telephone at 412-362-1222 or 888-316-8952.
  • Please use the original shipping box and package materials.
  • Retain your packing list and/or receipt and enclose it with the item you are returning.
  • Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package.

  • For your protection, return the product via UPS prepaid, or U.S. Mail prepaid and with a return receipt. Retain the UPS tracking number or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, a refund, or replacement.

Shipment Mistakes

Mistaken shipments, and mistaken order processing are human nature. If there is a mistake in shipping or processing your order, Babyland will exchange the product at no additional charge. You must notify Babyland within 10 business days* if a mistake is made.

*This 10 business day timeframe is extended for items that are on backorder or items that are explicitly marked as taking longer than 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn clothing or unopened videos for a refund, exchange or store credit subject to the terms below.

Returns received within 60 days of the ship date are eligible for a refund. You may return unworn items for an exchange or store credit at any time.

Shipping charges and gift wrap charges are not refundable.

All sales of closeout merchandise are final and no returns will be accepted, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing closeout items. These items are clearly marked "closeout" on the product page, the basket page, your email confirmation and on your packing slip.

For the health and safety of our employees, no returns of worn items will be accepted. We define worn as an item left on longer than is necessary to determine if it fits.
